Shipping & Logistics

1. Industrial Dispatch Protocol

All NS Products orders are fulfilled directly from our central manufacturing unit managed by NS Enterprises . We specialize in high-volume B2B dispatches including LTL (Less than Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload) shipments.

• Dispatch Timeline: Ready stock items are dispatched within 24–48 business hours of payment confirmation.
• OEM/Bulk Manufacturing: For large-scale custom runs, dispatch timelines are specified in the Proforma Invoice.

2. Transit & Carrier Partners

We partner with India's leading surface transport agencies and container logistics firms to ensure secure delivery. Tracking details are shared via the NS Products WhatsApp Portal as soon as the LR (Lorry Receipt) or Bill of Lading is generated.

3. Delivery Terms (Incoterms)

Standard wholesale dispatches are executed on an Ex-Factory or FOR (Free on Road) basis as per the specific agreement with the distributor. Any local entry taxes or Octroi are the responsibility of the consignee unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Packaging & Security

To withstand long-haul transit, NS Products are secured using industrial-grade corrugated boxes and HDPE outer bags. For export-quality orders, palletization and shrink-wrapping are available upon request.

5. Transit Insurance & Damages

We recommend transit insurance for all high-value bulk orders. In the event of transit damage:

• Consignees must note damages on the Lorry Receipt (LR) before accepting the shipment.
• Digital proof (Photos/Videos) of the damaged pallet or carton must be sent to support@nsproducts.co.in within 24 hours.

6. Restricted Delivery Zones

While we ship Pan-India, certain remote or restricted zones may require additional "Beyond Point" charges. Our logistics desk will communicate these during the order confirmation phase.
